Program Info

SUMMER 2015

For 2015, Adelante has two affordable Summer Program options.

Really compare prices here, people! Our Summer Programs are run at Universidad Pablo de Olavide, a fully accredited state-run university just outside of historic Seville. (Many other study abroad programs are also run here, using the same curriculum and the same professors, but cost nearly double.)  Established in 1997, this is one of the newest public universities in the country. The campus is located on 345 acres, easily accessible by public transport.  Facilities are modern and varied: big computer lab, new library, a gym, cafes and indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Credits are fully transferable to all US Universities.

Through each dish, you will discuss different aspects of food and culture such as products, producers, history, society, nutrition, culinary technology, quality criteria, etc. Each aspect is of vital importance in understanding what tapas represent in Spanish culture.
