Our Global Team
Adelante Abroad headquarters is based in California, USA. Adelante Directors operate full-time and year-round in each city and country where we have built programs. All our US-based staff, front office and tech team, are seasoned travelers, most having lived abroad for two years or longer at some point in their lives. Our in-country staff have been with Adelante since its inception, in most programs. Our “rookie” is our Uruguay Director and she has been with us since 2009! Most speak multiple languages (including English!) and have experience with foreign visitors and the education and tourism industries.
