Love wine? Love to travel? We’ve got an internship for you!
Are you looking for winery internships abroad that allow you to travel and gain valuable experience? The wine industry in Chile is booming and is quite advanced for how young it is. We have a growing list of participating wineries willing to teach and work with our interns. You can intern with large, international entities that export their wine around the world. You can equally work for smaller, mom-and-pop wineries that specialize in one or two grapes only, as well as organic wineries.
Winery Interns work in the import/export side of the winery business, or in the more tourism-related side that work with wine tasting and tours. For example, grape stomping is March-May and bottling is from July – August. Because of this we can place wine internships year-round. Most of all, International Relations interns can work on tours and events at the wineries & vineyards for visitors from Chile and around the world. You will also have a chance to work with professional enologists and learn the art of wine making.
So what are you waiting for? Your wine internship abroad awaits, offering a blend of education, adventure, and culture amidst Chile’s flourishing wine industry.
Remember that these positions will be at the wineries which are located in the valley area near to Vina del Mar and Valparaiso, not in the downtown living areas – 30 – 40 minute bus ride, and the winery will pay for monthly bus passes.
